Video Production Management Global Evangelist Alliance

I had the incredible opportunity to manage the video production and creative vision for an event that brought together global leaders from the Global Evangelist Alliance (GEA). The GEA is a network of influential evangelists dedicated to spreading the Gospel message and creating global unity through faith-based initiatives. This event was a great occasion to film content because there were so many key figures in one place.

With only two days to complete our tasks, the pressure was on to maximize content creation. Our mission involved three distinct assignments: producing a vision video, a about us video, and 3 online classes. Besides the time constraint of only 2 days, we were also limited to only having 1 location, the Shake the Nations TV studio. Another challenge to the schedule was the planned worship and music session that was held in the studio on the first morning of the event.

The Vision Video: This video aimed to encapsulate the core mission and future aspirations of the GEA. It required us to capture inspiring interviews and footage that conveyed the alliance’s goals and the impact they strive to achieve globally.

The About Us Video: This piece was designed to introduce the GEA to a broader audience, showcasing its history, key figures, and ongoing projects. The challenge here was to create a compelling narrative that would engage viewers and provide a clear understanding of who the GEA is.

Planning was crucial. I coordinated with various teams, ensuring we had the right equipment and personnel for each task. Time management was essential, as the leaders’ availability was limited due to their packed meeting schedules.

Post-event, I took on the editing process, weaving together the footage to create cohesive and impactful videos. The end result was a set of polished, professional videos that captured the essence and vision of the Global Evangelist Alliance, all produced within our tight timeframe.

Overall, it was an intense yet rewarding experience that highlighted the power of collaboration and meticulous planning in video production.
